it was last summer, when you opened my eyes and i also wanted to say thank you. my name is elisa and i imagined to help the kids of thamel by starting to play their “murga” … unfortunately things are not as easy as they seem, and i would have not understood this without talking to you. i don’t know if you remember me, but anyways … this is not important. i’m glad that i found your card again and i will write you soon, still have the hope that there could be a way to help …
would like to express more than just thank you, but don’t know how.
with the best thoughts, elisa

Hi mate – do you run the “White House” in Lazimpat? I’m a friend of Naima & Dessie and I was there a couple of times in Dec / Jan when you were back in Ireland. I’m about to head off of a round the world bicycle trip and have set up a website to document the trip. I’d like to add your site to my sponsorship page and hopefully earn the White House some money. All the best. Aidan

Met Declan a few years ago on the bus to Pokkara…over the following few weeks witnessed the fantastic work that he was doing, all on his own at the time. So if you’re reading this and looking for a worthy cause to donate to, go no further, and remember, a little bit goes a long way in Nepal. Slainte Declan, keep up the good work,.
